1. Points from Aliens 1 to 4
- 1972. The World Health Organization (WHO) published its intention to study ways in which the immune system could be weakened by a virus.
- As of the late 1960s, but especially as of the 1970s, there was a surge in government ET-type mutilation killings for blood and other body parts.
- There are notable differences between mutilation killings done by ETs vs those done by the government using ET technology.
- Evidence indicates that reasons for the government harvesting body parts include research and harvesting antibodies, including HIV antibodies (findings of Dr. Duke).
- 1981. The first clinical reports of HIV/AIDS.
- Evidence suggests that HIV could have been genetically engineered (Dr. Len Horowitz).
- Prominent Covid “vaccination” pushers are connected to HIV/AIDS research.
- The Covid “vaccination” destroys immune function (like HIV).
- Apart from leading to serious illness and death, the loss of immune function prevents rejection of “vaccine” contents.

- The psychopathic conduct by jewish “elites” involves endless lies, deception and suffering of their victims, including those who died or are dying due to jews’ outrageous criminality in their push for world government (“Great Reset,” NWO, etc), i.e. rule over “vaccinated” sub-human survivors within a global electronic prison.
- This monstrous crime against humanity is backfiring on the perpetrators — we see signs of growing rage against our self-appointed criminal rulers.
- This catastrophic end to the Dark Age of Abrahamic evil contrasts with the enlightenment of the Anunnaki and other wise ETs who helped humanity in the pre-Abrahamic era (and to some extent thereafter, e.g. the Anunnaki help of National Socialist Germany).
- Crucially, Anunnaki religion (and that of Martians, who might be Nordics, as was indicated in Aliens 3) is natural, i.e. pagan.
- Natural religion involves heightened awareness of nature, our place within natural cycles, and respect for all expressions of the Divine — mountains, rivers, plants, animals, people, everything.
- In contrast, ‘prophetic’ or ‘revealed’ religion such as the Abrahamic religions do not promote these virtues and instead predispose arrogance, ignorance and destruction of the Divine, including nature and people.
- The catastrophe of transhumanism / New World Order / brutal World Government by self-appointed criminals is the logical outcome of jew / Christian mind-rot.

2. Birds of a feather
The principle of like associating with like was illustrated repeatedly in preceding Aliens posts:
- The Anunnaki (created and civilized humans – Aliens 1; helped National Socialist Germany — Aliens 3), the Nommo (possibly another name for the Anunnaki, educated the Dogon tribe in Mali, West Africa – Aliens 3); and the Nordics warned Americans against the psychopathic Grey ETs (Aliens 3). These were cases of virtuous ETs associating with people whom they considered to be virtuous and worthy of their help.
- Similarly, in Anunnaki religion the focus is on star systems associated with virtuous beings, including a goddess, and ignoring star systems that are home to evil-doers (they ignore the Zeta Reticuli and Alpha Draconis star systems, home to the anti-social Greys and Reptilians respectively — Aliens 3).
- Conversely, the psychopathic Grey aliens have an affinity with the psychopathic Talmudic aliens, with whom they have collaborated to try enslave and rule the rest of us. This destructive criminal partnership has only flourished since much of humanity succumbed to the anti-life mind-rot of jewish religions, including Christianity — the antithesis of, and totally incompatible with, the pro-life natural religion (paganism) of the Anunnaki, the Nommo, and the Nordics (evidence presented in Aliens 3 suggests that the Nordics built the structures of natural religion on Mars).
Considering the above, it is unsurprising that pro-social ETs such as the Anunnaki have largely ignored humans since we abandoned their natural religion for the anti-life mind-rot of jewish religions.
2.1 Help vs no help from good ETs
As was noted in the post From ET to Enlightened Time in relation to Wilbert Smith (1910-1962, M.Sc. Electrical Engineering, ET researcher and contactee) ETs are interested in us and stand by ready, able and willing to help us. However they cannot help us until we are ready for their help. The above section implies that this means abandoning anti-life ways in favour of pro-life natural religion like theirs or its equivalent in the natural religion of our particular race (an evolved form of Odinism in the case of Europeans).
3. Personal responsibility
All reality is spiritual (primacy of consciousness, discussed in the post Aspects of Mind), behaviour reflects state of mind, and therefore the man-made catastrophes (ecological and human) of our times are outward expressions of our spiritual impoverishment. Blaming all our societal problems on jews is as naive as blaming all our garden problems on pests after we failed to promote a healthy ecosystem in which pests are kept under control by gardeners’ friends, e.g. hover flies, lacewings, ladybirds, spiders, and various small birds. Blaming others for our problems while ignoring personal responsibility indicates emotional immaturity.
Although our survival depends on accurately identifying external threats, psychologically mature people also take responsibility for their own behaviour — they follow those three fingers pointing back at them. Such individuals recognize their ignorance (synonymous with evil) and try to learn from their mistakes. As gardeners know, if the garden’s ecology is fundamentally unhealthy, pest eradication is no more than a temporary solution, whether the pests are expelled 1,030 times or 1,000,030 times.
Both the cause and solution to our problems are ultimately spiritual. Life-enhancing action will flow from increased spiritual awareness. An added advantage to Nature / God-conscious living is that it will likely attract the support of Nature / God-conscious ETs such as the Anunnaki and the Nordics. The Stress and Coping section focuses on the specifics of more enlightened action.
4. Stress and coping
4.1 A framework
The predominant model of stress and coping in psychology1,2 acknowledges four categories:
- Stressors — situations, problems.
- Coping — thoughts and behaviour in response to stressors.
- Outcomes, e.g. stress, stress-related symptoms, illness.
- Coping resources, e.g. health; social support (including racial cohesiveness, and potentially the support of ETs); knowledge / skill; personality factors (e.g. intelligence, creativity, hardiness); spirituality; and material resources (including the natural environment).
Coping resources are also referred to as moderator variables (they moderate the relationship between stressors and outcomes), vulnerability factors or resilience factors.
Stress occurs when the demands of stressors tax or exceed coping resources. Effective coping reduces stress. For situations that are changeable, effective coping involves efforts to change the situation (problem-focused coping), e.g. financial stress can be reduced by leading a simpler lifestyle, work stress can be reduced by changing jobs, societal stress can be reduced by serving justice on the gangsters controlling our societal levers. For situations that are not changeable (e.g. permanent disability, loss of a loved one, terminal illness) effective coping involves efforts to reduce the severity of stress (emotion-focused coping), e.g. catharsis (releasing emotions through talk, crying, laughter, music, writing, art), spiritual activities (meditation, being in nature), social support (being with friends who understand, accept and love us). Concerning social support, even just one close confiding relationship can substantially improve coping during times of stress.
Naturally these four categories are interrelated, e.g. illness can be an outcome, stressor, and it can mean reduced coping resources. Same for the loss of a supportive interpersonal relationship and many other factors that can occur in several categories.
4.2 Effective coping
The first step in effective coping is accurate assessment of the situation and the extent to which it is changeable. Processes that are beyond human control include those of the solar system, the cycle of ages in Hindu cosmology (discussed in this post), glacial / inter-glacial periods, geological ages, and the spiritual principle of cause and effect (aka karma, Örlög, Wyrd, God’s immune system) to which we are all subject. For example, God is reacting to humans’ destruction of His creations (the ecological catastrophe known as the Holocene extinction).
In contrast, among the many ways in which we can influence our future to some extent are our choice of religion (e.g. anti-life Abrahamic religion vs pro-life natural religion), lifestyle (e.g. destructive consumerism vs Nature/God-conscious living) and politics (e.g. submitting to our attackers vs removing them from power by means that include support for leaders who stand for truth, life, and justice).
Our dire societal situation is changeable. We have the necessary resources. We also have increasing psychological pain to trigger us into carrying out the solution before the end of this solar cycle peak.
5. The turning point
Anticipated or actual loss of valued resources (e.g. availability of food, buying power / standard of living, interpersonal relationships through death) is a more powerful motivator of behaviour-change than is the anticipated gain of valued resources. Usually people cannot be helped to change their negative behaviour to positive behaviour until their old ways have resulted in substantial personal suffering. The more our attackers maltreat us during their final days in power, the closer they get to triggering an age-ending reaction to their Talmudic evil.
5.1 When will the explosion occur?
As sure as day follows night, there will be an almighty explosion soon. This cannot be prevented. Attempts to suppress the reaction will inflame it. An astute comment on the critical point comes from a jew quoted by Nesta Webster in Chapter 8 of Germany and England (1938):3
- I am a jew in the marrow of my bones.
- The jews desire world domination — all my life I have heard them speak of it.
- I am afraid they will attain it. But that can be only for a moment.
- The nations of the world will not be able to bear so intolerable a tyranny.
- They will rise and there will be the greatest pogrom [an organized persecution or extermination of jews] the world has ever seen.
As Nesta Webster writes after this comment, “Those friends of the jews who encourage them in their thirst for power are thus their cruelest enemies.”
It seems that the Talmudic aliens’ best hope is to get the hell out of Dodge now — load the stolen gold onto Grey alien mother ships and head for Zeta Reticuli.

Elhaz, Eihwaz
Elhaz symbolises the stupendous resistant power of the Elk, the repulsion of all evil, protection against all physical and psychic attack. Elhaz corresponds with the magically powerful wood of the Yew-tree (Taxus baccata) and is ruled by Heimdall, the watcher god. The sound of Elhaz is ‘zz’, as in “buzz off to Zeta Reticuli.”4
Eihwaz represents a double-ended stave of life and death, cut from a Yew tree, the longest-lived of all European trees. The Yew can also regenerate itself through daughter trees that grow in its decaying interior. The bark, leaves, roots, fruits and resin are all extremely poisonous and bows made from Yew wood killed animals in hunting and humans in combat. Carrying a bow warded off potential assailants. Eihwaz is a powerful rune of life, death, and defence. During summer Eihwaz is ruled by Odin. Eihwaz stands for the letter Z.4
7. Celebration of ‘A’
As
As represents the mouth, the divine breath of all life and creation, and intellectual activities. It is the ‘god rune’. In the Hindu tradition, it is the Sanskrit primal sound which created the present universe. As is the divine breath, Önd, which powers existence, the divine source within humans. As symbolizes the Ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior), the universal world tree (Yggdrasil, an Ash), the cosmic axis linking the worlds, stability and order. The god of this rune is Odin. As stands for the letter A and the “aa” sound, as in “aah” thank God (our true God, Odin, not the Talmudic’s YHVH, aka Satan) the Talmudics are gone.4
A is the first letter in our alphabet. It symbolizes the beginning. In particular it symbolizes a new beginning for Aryan people. A poem to mark the end of the ‘Z’s and the return of the ‘A’s — (slightly modified) The Beginnings, by English writer Rudyard Kipling (1865 – 1936):
